Not much. This company has more flaws than you can count.

Cons

The environment at ABC is about as toxic as you can get. The benefits are dirt and they pay is even worse. They encourage unsafe work conditions and coming in when your sick as well as when driving conditions are extremely dangerous.

Pros

The only pro about this company is the paycheck. Although the amount continues to decrease as the years go by. No raises at all, unless you're part of the "insiders club" of the company.

Cons

Nepotism to the Nth power. Husbands and wives work in the same department. Cousins work on the same team. It's ridiculous. The CEO undermines his entire upper management staff, who are all spineless. The hardworking employees are few and far between and are made to pick up the slack for incompetent individuals who can barely communicate. Employees, who are not family or beholden to the CEO, are treated like cattle. Intelligent Americans with CPA's, MBA's or BA's are spoken to as if ignorant. It's a 3rd world corporation, where being an American is a strike against you and the CEO/dictator is on a 24/7 power trip.

pay is ok and you can travel. some of the management will stick up for you but at the end of the day upper management will do what they want

Cons

Management like said before. they provide very little feedback or clear direction. it is common place for them to try and send you to complete a unplanned project and it fail.
