Work is straightforward with opportunities to learn more.

Cons

If you're posted at a client sit and you're the only one there, there is no opportunity to grow unless you change departments. I had to find out the hard way that I couldn't become an FM Manager after it was offered to me.

I love this company, it's a pretty fair place to work. we get bonuses if we meet our monthly quota of sales which is a great motivating factor.

Cons

A bit of the machinery is outdated and could use a major overhaul to be up to date and more efficient .
