But corporate still, in all seriousness, expects the shop to produce top quality work. Within the space of two years, the shop was relocated around Seattle twice, losing very valuable clients in the process despite being advised that that would happen. Additionally, regular performance reviews and raises rarely happen.

Non professional, lack of respect to employees, lack of career advancement, no annual reviews, non sense upper management and CEO. The only good thing is that you get your paycheck on time. I do not recommend working here unless you have no other choice.
