      Management team starting by CEO are of questionable work ethics. Employees are not well treated. Management pretends to listen to employees but in reality don't. Lack of leadership at the senior management level.

      Pros

      Only things I can think of was just the people I worked with in the shop and being able to meet a bunch of different people in all sort of fields of work. It was stable work enviroment.

      Cons

      No loyalty with employees, very cut throat, hard to deal with upper management, to many upper management trying to impose there will. Hard to get a raise. In my tenure there I only got 3 raises I was employed over 10 years. Benefits are outrageous. Company doesn't listen to there employees or clients needs most of the time. They try and manage by bullying you sorta.
