      Change your Ideology. Treat your employees as human beings not as animals. Respect them.

      I don't have apt words to explain how bad this company is.. but yes few things I want to mention. 1.Not even in your dreams plan to join this consultancy. 2.They only torture their employees , they harass them. 3. FNF is never done. 4. They call their employees as Dogs, and so treat them as Dogs. I have lot more to say but I think this would be enough to warn the people who might be planning to join this company.
