      Pros

      Abc supply has Great sense of pride and accomplishment. Founded on customer respect the Company projects honorable values that all employees can feel proud of

      Cons

      Middle management does not always prioritize the company values. Some would rather lookout for themselves. Standing on the shoulders of their teams instead of lifting them up and growing together.

      Lack of compensation for the amount of work

      Pros

      Plenty of hours during the warmer months. Constantly busy throughout the day. Benefits. And a decent bonus.

      Cons

      The rules only apply to certain people. Work load is overwhelming. When you move forward in the company, you just get more responsibility and no compensation. When it comes to raises they nickel and dime you if you even get one. Everyone is always frustrated. Doesn't seem like management really cares if we quit or not. "We're all replaceable." I don't think that's something a manager should be saying to his employees. Everyone here works hard for this company. I've read several reviews and looks like the same issues are happening all over the country with this company. I think it's time they changed the way they do things.

      Pros

      Love my team. Manager cares about my well-being and that of my family.

      Cons

      Company needs to get with the times. Management too focused on what they like (the old way of doing business). Unwilling to listen to the younger generation...disconnected for anything outside of their bubble. Raises are few and far between - bonus is considered part of your salary.
