      Terrible Place to work

      Pros

      Good equipment. Good wages. Plenty of work and overtime if wanted. Good benefits and 401.

      Cons

      They talk of their core values. They only exist at corporate headquarters. If you want recognition and advancement at the branches you have to buddy up to the local managers. Local management runs the branches how they want to. Corporate will not interfere as long as they are making money for the company. Corporate management will ask the local managers about a reported problem. If the manager says it is not happening, the issue is closed. They are afraid to talk to the employees to find the truth.

      Pros

      Not many. They did sort of right post buyout of Bradco in the compensation of employees who lost their jobs but I think the Segals had more to do with that than ABC.

      Cons

      Buy out your company, keep your position and make you train your replacement. Then offer you another job, go from salary to hourly that would figure to be a $12 an hour decrease and 12 hours more per week. Total joke, the inmates run the asylum here folks. If you are part of the in crowd you can literally steal and as long as your sales are ok enough they won't do a thing. The amount of good people that left after ABC bought Bradco tells you something.

      Pros

      I don't see any but I don't think my situation is normal for the company. I just happen to be in one of a few bad departments.

      Cons

      Entry level jobs are not paid well and impossible to get out of if you don't have a good boss. If I started over I would ask my boss how many employees had been promoted under their leadership. My current boss' answer would have been zero and now a year and half later it's still zero. All the while, over five employees with over a year on the job have quit.
