      Pros

      Overall, the many people I worked with were great. I was new to the industry when I started and people would go out of their way to help me. The compensation was ok, certainly not the greatest, but I worked harder for less money.

      Cons

      Long days 7am-5pm and some weekends required. There were a lot of people to answer to, and none seemed to be on the same page. Training took up a lot of time and was expected to be completed on top of quotas. This may just be my opinion, but commission quotas were so far out of reach they seemed impossible to attain. out of 5 years, I think I hit monthly commision goals 3 or 4 times

      Pros

      Strong company with great employee benefits.

      Cons

      They preach some very strong values that sound great up front. However, they don't hold the individual location managers accountable to living by those values. Upper level management will just sit back and watch, as the moral and reputation of a location is completely destroyed, as long as the sales numbers are still with in the range that they consider acceptable. Career advancement is a joke, unless you are buddies or family to the right people.

      Hard work and willing to pay you the fair value of your work.

      Cons

      long hours and hard days. Can feel like your missing out on many things that others get time off to go see.
