They say they are a people oriented company but is very far from the truth. The upper management is out for themselves. They give themselves big bonuses, brag about it and take away from the employees at the branch that actually do all the work. Their equipment and procedures are out of date. They spend alot of money on frivilous things like a year book, christmas ornaments, hammered aluminum trays. The company is an all boys club which is weird since it is owned by a women. Sexual harrasment and mistreatment of subordinates is a common problem that never gets addressed by human resources department cause they are afraid of losing their job if they report or make waves. It is all about who you know and how long you have known them. Don't make waves or you will lose your job or get treated worse by management.
