      Pros

      The head of our department who originally brought me in was always good to work with. The post technology and IT support there is excellent and the workflow is highly streamlined.

      Cons

      You feel like an underpaid cog in a wheel there with the added benefit of lots of politics and drama from other editors and producers. There are a few bad eggs but an overall feeling of tension unlike any place I've ever worked. It's far from welcoming.
