Culture at ABEC is awful!! The leadership at ABEC fosters a toxic environment where employees feel undervalued and unheard. There's a pattern of favoritism and nepotism, undermining morale and company integrity. The foundational issues are glaring, with no efforts made to improve conditions. ABEC's culture is extremely negative and neglectful towards its employees. Promises are made but never fulfilled, leaving staff with a sense of disillusionment and stress. It's a place where efforts are consistently undermined and unappreciated.
