Pros

Plenty of travel and good salary. Easy going and knowledgeable staff in Ireland and US.

Cons

US Management are very, very poor. Irish operations are not much better. 'Click' exists in each department with an old boys school mentality amongst long serving staff. You will be shown the door when things get quiet or they cant secure jobs with the others kept on. HR at Abec is the worst Ive seen in 25+ years in industry.
