Pros

The prescription plan is decent. The manufacturing employees are very friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

The role of a Mechanical Designer (or drafter) experiences high turnover rates due to several issues. The work environment is toxic and perpetually noisy, which affects productivity. Additionally, the expectations set are often unrealistic, and the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) lack clarity and logic. If your performance fails to meet the unrealistic expectations, you may be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This plan allows only 30 days to demonstrate improvement; otherwise, you will be terminated.

Pros

You can work for 1-2 year then move to a better company like our customers and get paid more and treated better. Your co-workers are the only reason you will want to work here.

Cons

Management is the biggest con. If you want to move up don’t get your hopes up they sand bag your reviews so you don’t get a raise or move forward. The COO has said multiple time that everyone is expendable and talks down to everyone. Both Project managers and Project engineers are dropping like flies because of the environment.

Pros

They do make great products. Some good people.

Cons

Literally everything else. Extremely toxic work environment. Inept leadership, particularly in the sales department. Severe micromanagement, at least 30% of your time is spent doing admin work. You will receive no training and very limited support from the company. They hire and fire there entire sales staff every 2-3 years rather than fix their internal issues. Sales growth targets of 70-80% even though the company has not grown in years. Most of their clients hate them and would prefer to work with engineering firms or 3rd party service providers. Pay on the low side and poor benefits. This will be the worst job you ever have.
