      No pros - Avoid working here.

      Cons

      Pay not up to scale, Fired once projects are completed. Out of date system with reluctance to upgrade to current technology. Don't like change for the good. Outrageous timescales to complete work related projects. One rule for one person and another rule for another.No bonuses, no overtime, no rewards when the place is quiet and could impact Christmas gifts being sought.. Avoid.

      I have no positive feedback on this very poorly run company... For a company that has been established in America with 40 years there seems to be serious management issues here.

      New American company in Ireland Management no clue how to plan Rates of pay very poor Glad to have left this atmosphere They fire people who they promised full time employment

      Pros

      If you can hack it, good for early career as you have so much given to you. Good chance to progress but this is often due to turnover. Good people in the building in Ireland that are nice to work with. If you can succeed here, you are set up for success elsewhere

      Cons

      Blame culture is a big problem. Not somewhere to stay long-term as it is likely to lead to burnout Over influence from the US in Irish operations makes it very difficult to achieve any positive change. Many core Irish leaders are happy with how things are run/resistant to change despite morale being very low. General resistance from the US to accept Irish best practice across all business facets makes it very difficult from top down to work here.
