Co-workers are good to work with. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Management needs to get a clue. Management makes manufacturing work 6 days 10 hour days, even though there are no parts to complete the job. then complain to us that we are over hours. There is no excuse to not be paid for all the time traveling. Takes 15 hours to get to the job site, yet only paid for 10.
