Sr. Leadership are clueless. They cannot correct processes and make everything more complicated than it needs to be. Constant blame game between departments. COO has no manners. Talks down to everyone and disrespects in my opinion. Other SLT team members follow suit in fear including HR director. CI Manager is lacking leadership skills and leads with intimidation in my opinion.

The role of a Mechanical Designer (or drafter) experiences high turnover rates due to several issues. The work environment is toxic and perpetually noisy, which affects productivity. Additionally, the expectations set are often unrealistic, and the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) lack clarity and logic. If your performance fails to meet the unrealistic expectations, you may be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This plan allows only 30 days to demonstrate improvement; otherwise, you will be terminated.
