Pros

Excellent people, and leadership that actually cares about their employees. The bottom line is important to the company but not at the expense of treating people unfairly. ABF is ethical.

Cons

None really to speak of other than depending on the job the hours can be long and you may end up working a non-traditional schedule but that’s mainly in field operations. Also, working in a Union environment can at times be challenging due to contractual rules. Its not bad as long as you follow the contract.
