The pay is great. The management is very family oriented.

Cons

Lots of work. Long hours, and expectations of moving from terminal to terminal even if it's state to state.

Pros

Salary, Car Allowance. That's it, the rest of this job and company is a terrible place to be. Don't do it!

Cons

Zero useful training. Learn it yourself or get out. Not competitive in the market place makes it very hard to sell against the competition. Losing market share fast. Crappy software and hardware.

Cons

Questionable decisions on the part of the current leadership. Recent layoffs, cuts in potential pay and lack of transparency with regards to these changes.
