      ABF Freight is a professional transportation company that treats its employees as they are an integral part of the team.

      Cons

      ABF Freight really needs to update a lot of their equipment. While everything is professionally maintained, much of the rolling stock needs to be retired and replaced.

      Most drivers are very courteous very professional. Union wages make costs higher and more difficult to compete with non-union competitors.

      Stability and company structure, worked for the company as a sales consultant until 9/11. Great training quality service, National and international service

      Cons

      New to the area, I have not worked for ABF since 9/11, challenging work schedule with intense work demands. Some managers are more demanding than others
