Having to work with Union employees when I am not a union employee. Long hours for supervisors. 12 hour shifts. No real breaks.

Work goes based on seniority so you might have a schedule or job title that you may not like. It'll take a while to get a driving job because of seniority you will be working the dock or hostling mostly. Overtime is great when its there but sometimes its slow and a 40 hour check may not cut it for some people, overtime is based on seniority as well.
