      too much wasted time

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Most equipment is maintained fairly well.

      Cons

      Have no problem letting you sit for a day or more waiting for freight. Union rules favor only the few at the top. Company seems to manipulate rules to their benefit despite union.

      As a casual worker you can't transfer to another facility no matter how long you for the company.

      Pros

      Most of management treats employees with respect. Drivers are quality employees. Great company to have a career with if you are not a job hopper.

      Cons

      New upper management from outside the company has no respect for employees in the field.
