Dissension among rank and file; strategies are inconsistent and regions are not consistent to national and local needs. At the time I was there we had great staff, trainers and mentors; most left when management changed. Core philosophic changed and thus re juggling of sales and marketing personnel and job changes caused disruption of strategy. Too many cooks in the Kitchen. Service and Reliability was the mainstay until then.
