      It's Union so you start at the bottom and stay there until old useless guys retire or basically die. No joke

      Pros

      If you can put up with pathetic management who all have their hands tied to Aunt Judy's apron strings. Horrible work hours. Average pay. Non existent pension. Union dues to an invisible Union, then you'll love it!! Oh, the equipment is finally getting a little better

      Cons

      It's just sad that a once great company is being run by money grabbing scumbags. Old "Union" guys are so far from being a brotherhood it's pathetic. All these old farts are all out for themselves.

      Decent pay and decent incentive program.

      Cons

      Weak management that will prevent growth if you are not liked or fit into a click. It's a high school atmosphere. Too many games for what is supposed to be a professional environment.
