      Amazing company to work for, they care about their employees!

      Pros

      They do everything they can to keep company morale up. They have their own medical clinic that is free. We continue to grow and always try to figure out how to do/get better.

      Cons

      Union based company so they have to follow a ton of rules that make them lose money! A little short handed in the field.

      Pros

      Great benefits and good pay, very well organized and good internal processes in place, over all a great place to work in most parts of the country.

      Cons

      Touch labor, "Teamsters" make it very difficult to be successful in sales, because poor work ethic and poor performance. Leadership is weak and management gets blamed for lack of production but is not given very much power to discipline.
