Pros

Benefits are top notch, pay is fair, and plenty of hours if you want them or not. Employees are great.

Cons

Union!!!! Union doesn't represent you it represent the company. So all the union big wigs get kick backs while the workers work their tales off.

Good work environment with people committed to doing right by the customer. Sales incentive is plan has been big improvement over the past year.

Cons

There is culture of not talking about the pay range in each position. If you are working towards a promotion there is no way to know what you are working for from a pay standpoint.
