      Used to have a name, now I'm just a number.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are still good even though we just gave up %7 of our wages & a weeks vacation.

      Cons

      We used to be considered an asset to the company, now we are a liability. Drivers are encouraged to violate Federal Hours of Service Regs. Equipment maintenance is a joke, VCRs with write ups are routinely thrown out the window or in the trash. You are expected to live, eat & breath for ABF. Constant harassment by mid-level management.

      Great pay, benefits and really good management

      Cons

      Now all the good, experience management is gone. And all we have is mangers that do NOT know how to treat employees. They Lie to customers. And I was forced to drive a 16 Hour shift last week. On very slick roads ..I love my job, but I do not want to be obligated to them 16 hour a day. I put my family first
