      Pros

      98% of the folks are good, honest people and good to work with. the employees in the General Office are very professional and great to help you.

      Cons

      Non union employees have virtually no rights..will throw you out in a hearbeat. The vice presidents are looking to move up the ladder and will not protect you.

      Pros

      12 Hour Shifts 4-Days on and 4-Days off with average pay. Enjoyed working with the Union Employees.

      Cons

      Upper management did not have a clue about the proper way to handle Union Employees. Treated them as though they didn't have a brain. It was a Us (management) against them (Union employee) attitude. You can't work as a team when you have that kind of atmosphere. My definition of Team is working with the whole group.
