      good pay, decent hours, long standing company with good reputation.

      Cons

      hard sell when you're the most expensive carrier and service doesn't always pan out, cost of union drives up cost of doing business

      driver and dock jobs are union , good benefits , decent equiptment

      Cons

      local level management usually inexperienced , use of high pressure and threat tactics are the norm , if you get injured they deny it due to being self insured in some states
