      Pros

      This job pays well. After your second year you should be eligible for a bonus.

      Cons

      The terminal is chaotic and unorganized. There aren’t any work standards or discipline for subpar work performance. Most of your work will be consoling very angry customers.

      Cons

      Unable to hire enough people so burnout especially in the field is possible. This is known and is being worked on.
