Massive responsibility, minimal compensation, lazy boss, corporate shoes little appreciation or interest in anything but tying your hands.

Great place to work as a boot licker. You will find new challenges in your boot licking abilities

Cons

Low pay. Condescending management. Never fix it right the 1st time. just keep fixing the same thing wrong 10 times that’s progress. The place I worked had a bathroom in the basement that tested positive for asbestos in 2019. So they boarded it up for 3 years. At least it was in the drivers lounge where management would never have to be around.
