      Pros

      Great benefits and good pay, very well organized and good internal processes in place, over all a great place to work in most parts of the country.

      Cons

      Touch labor, "Teamsters" make it very difficult to be successful in sales, because poor work ethic and poor performance. Leadership is weak and management gets blamed for lack of production but is not given very much power to discipline.

      For a union carrier it is fairly reasonable. Good pay, fairly good benefits, decent 401k

      Long hours and bad vacation plan
