We used to be considered an asset to the company, now we are a liability. Drivers are encouraged to violate Federal Hours of Service Regs. Equipment maintenance is a joke, VCRs with write ups are routinely thrown out the window or in the trash. You are expected to live, eat & breath for ABF. Constant harassment by mid-level management.

Now all the good, experience management is gone. And all we have is mangers that do NOT know how to treat employees. They Lie to customers. And I was forced to drive a 16 Hour shift last week. On very slick roads ..I love my job, but I do not want to be obligated to them 16 hour a day. I put my family first
