In my opinion and from what I saw, team leads were really aggressive. They'd talk down to their workers while standing there at their desks and belittle them over any little thing they could find. The harder you work, the more work they give you. Turn-over was incredibly high, and I saw a lot of people get hired/fired very fast. You are not secure here and the company really has no intention to keep people long-term from what I saw. Management uses a sales/quota system and you have a specific number to hit or you do run the risk of losing your job. You're calling doctor's offices to get them to respond to medical records requests (usually for insurance companies), which is very tough! And you're judged by how many sets of records you get each month.
