They completely lied to me about a pay increase for doubling my work load. They shut down the Fullerton location and moved all the work to the LA location. I agreed to double my workload for $22 an hour. After a month, I asked when we would get the raise. That’s when I was informed that we would never meet the metrics to actually get the promotion, but they appreciated my being so helpful with the additional work. I was shocked. They outright lied. I was also informed that any pay increases wouldn’t happen until after they shut down the LA location and moved to Commerce. I won’t be able to commute that far. I asked about my severance package, which they gave to the employees at the Fullerton location. I was informed I wouldn’t be getting one. They expected me to double my workload, not pay me, and then just leave me without a job. Don’t work here.
