Pros

ABI is a pretty good place to work. Pay is fair and management is fair. It still maintains a small company feel.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement. Very poor communication from management. ABI doesn't include its employees in corporate strategy or plans for growth and development. It prevents the employees from "buying in" and feeling entitled or feeling invested in the company. It is made very clear that everybody is just a pawn in their game.
