      Mgmt. doesn't have clue, does not know how to lead effectively, makes negative working environment for employees.

      Pros

      * Pay is decent(but comes with strings) * Nice Coffee Machines

      Cons

      * In a bad part of town, be watchful when working late hours or leaving late at night * Mgmt. direction is sour, downright disrespectful, and opportunities for advancement are limited * Employees input on project work is limited * Depending on the Mgmt. you get, they may not be competent, or have the knowledge or background to understand what you communicate to them, especially if it is technical in nature * Working environment is stressed, tense, & emotionally distasteful.

      Pros

      The salary was in line with current salaries in Iraq. Previously there were good things said about LINC/OSS. Unfortunately this has not carried over to the new contracts.

      Cons

      There is no direction from management. All of the in place managers, PM, DPM left within a couple of weeks of each other.
