The best intentions don't make up for poor planning and training

Pros

Initial advancement can be very fast and you will immediately be given the opportunity to prove yourself with the company. Mid and low level Managers are given a lot of freedom of decision making.

Cons

There is a major deficit in training and job improvement. Higher level managers don't have time to deal with junior employees and they are often left to fend for themselves. The sales teams and operations teams are completely seperate. On more than one occasion items were promised to my customer by the sales team that were not possible. IE an online quality management program that was never fully implemented or set up is promised to most sites.

They have a hands off management philosphy and allow you to do your job without to much interference or micro managing.

Cons

tight as far as pay raises go. And at times so didtant they really do not appreciate what it is you are doing.
