Great coworkers hindered by poor leadership and favoritism

Pros

Coworkers were amazing to work with and teams really rallied together in hard times.

Cons

Leadership is blind to what actually goes on in corporate. Leaders are hiring friends and family and ignoring the truth. Promotions are non existent unless you are in the inner sanctum. Too many VPs. Doesn't leave enough money for people that are actually boots on ground doing the work. Does HR really need 20+ VPs? Sudden inflexibility to remote work when it was always allowed previously.
