My recent encounter with ABM highlighted several concerning aspects that impacted its overall performance. One glaring issue was the noticeable disorganization within the company, raising doubts about its operational efficiency. The absence of a clear vision from the leadership was evident, contributing to a lack of direction. Compounding these problems, the company seemed to be effectively managed by individuals who had been promoted beyond their qualifications, resulting in a deficiency of expertise in key roles. This, coupled with an understaffed workforce, exacerbated the inefficiencies caused by ineffective processes.
