Flexible with schedule and needing time off!

Cons

No communication, absolutely no one to back you up when needed, they move you around but do not offer any compensation. No benefits and or raises, even after years of working for them.. take take take, never give!

Fulfilling work. Never any free time to be bored. Heavily involved in the community

Communication from management is severely lacking. It was difficult to effectively supervise when I rarely have the answers my staff are asking for.
