      Pros

      Great colleagues who always support each other. Busy role that keeps you active and time goes quickly. Plenty of teamwork among the ground staff.

      Cons

      Management often disrespectful and unsupportive. Communication is poor and rota changes happen without warning. Hard work rarely recognised or appreciated Strong favouritism and a “blame culture” from the top. Constant stress, low morale, and no real progression.
