Pros
As long as my expected work gets done, i can take smoke breaks when I want, not bothered hardly at all, being 2nd shift i listen to music from my phone in my pocket, downright awesome,flexible,understanding supervisor, not harassed about strict precision clock ins/outs i.e. 10 mins late one day, just have to stay over that much later to get my hrs, job security, not too hard of a job, working for public schools is morally rewarding and has a great purpose in what I'm doing particularly for whom my work is for, i like it
Cons
In the first month or so coworkers thought they were the boss and was a little annoying, other coworkers stationed at one of the elementary school's were/are lazy with bad work ethic resulting in myself and my usual coworkers having to do our job and then going over and "HELPING" them "finish" up, only to find out after getting there, NONE!!!?!? Of there work (or negligible at best), was even started! In 8 hrs!work gets dumped on you especially if you're a good worker, Ugh! Only other cons would be, on occasions, bad or lack of communication and low starting pay and have to get back to you about experiences with the health insurance status and whether it's good,bad, or ugly!lol
