      Pros

      I was easily one of their hardest working and most effective employees. That gave me more influence over work flow than any other Team Lead.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Multiple chains of command to answer to (ABM, client, other vendors). Work load was not well thought through. My team did more with fewer people than any other team. That’s per the client.

      Pros

      It depends on the district Manager, but you can either have a really nice time, or a bad one depending on the person. My manager only cares that the work gets done properly.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can end up with a contract that you do not like, it's all on borrowed time until the contracts end.
