If you want to work in operations, then this is a good fit for you

Cons

Besides operations, the company has no other real departments. They claim to have finance/accounting departments but they really don't. Everything revolves around pleasing operations and they do not value departments that need real degrees. All they want are people that can manage their front line employees. With that being said, if you work for their poorly structure- barely existent finance or accounting department, you will be treated like a nobody. The entire company revolves around operations so if you have a degree don't bother joining this company. Having said that, there are a few good people in the company but they don't account for all the stuck-up fellows.
