I am glad that you seem to be happy at ABOUT YOU. Diversity within the teams is a very important issue for us, so it's nice that you notice that in a positive way.
To address your negative point as well: To be fair, our salaries are based on team-specific salary ranges. However, we are constantly in the process of adjusting these. Of course, as a young company, we can't always keep up with large, long-established companies. In addition to monetary benefits, however, we also focus on topics such as open communication, rapid development opportunities and a friendly atmosphere in the team.
