Pros

On-site or remote option, code.talks, competitive salary, but could be better. Great people.

Cons

There is a little bit of a mess in the top management, bad communication, bad HR - a lot of promises and trickery. I feel like the company is on the edge of massive layoffs, either by the management or employees themself, overall morale is down at the moment due to increased budget cuts and a terrible market. High employee turnover, creates high technical debt. Remote employees aren't treated the same as the ones working on-site.

Pros

Very warm and friendly environment, yet professional, multi-national, and employee-caring. It has a literally amazing HR team alongside mostly nice head of operational and technical teams.

Cons

Haven't noticed a significant one, but I think we, as a company, can do better in terms of offering better salary and position. It also has been a concern that so-called anonymous feedbacks inside of the company has not been kept as so. They are highly likely to leak and and get the feedback giver in trouble.
