Pros
ABcom ownership ask a lot of their executives and managers. They ask for your best. Your best effort, your best ideas, your best attitude. They expect executives and managers to ask the best of their employees and in turn, they expect said executives and managers to help the employees achieve that. ABcom pays a fair wage that resides in the top percentile of our industry across the board. ABcom will provide any employee the training and education they need and want, given the employee is willing to be a partner in that process and own it. ABcom is growing and, with growth comes opportunity. At ABcom that opportunity exists for tech's, admin, managers, sales and more. The biggest pro? Bring a great attitude and this is a great place to work, period.
Cons
I would suppose that if you bring a poor attitude then any workplace will be full of cons. I have been here 3 years so far and I can find no real cons. Just a growing company learning every day how to be better, bigger, stronger. Like any company in that process, they make mistakes, it happens. I am not expecting anyone here to "walk on water." Well, I would guess that if do not like being accountable, then this is not the place for you.
