      Would recommend to anyone looking to improve phlebotomy skills

      The benefits are great. The people you work with/around are awesome.

      Cons

      Pay for phlebotomists/lab assistants is pretty low even if you have years of experience. PTO and sick leave are shared. Usually can't use PTO in advance.
