really long hiring process sometimes

Low pay, no room to grow, bad communication, they took $1300 from my last check because they changed payroll systems in 2021 (I left in 2022) and never sent any notice that the plan was to deduct money from the employees to cover the pay gap between the two systems when they leave ACC. They only said "your pay will not be affected by these changes" which now feels like a huge lie.
