Pros

Some very nice people. Good place to learn the trade and then take your skills elsewhere to a company that has better creative, opportunities and integrity.

Cons

President has never walked in the shoes of her employees...the position was handed to her by her father. She has no idea what it's like to get the job done. Lots of favoritism...you will not have opportunity for advancement unless you kiss the butts of upper management.

fairly young management team, solid client base, lots of opportunities for travel

internal systems are outdated, Whitinsville is a drag
